after installing .5 - getting connection refused by server

Ok very weird thing happening. I have all the same settings on 2 different machines both running win2k. One machine is running TB .4 and one TB .5. I can download email from my POP server without problems on my .4 machine, but my .5 machine gives me an error message that the connetion was refused by the server.

Has anyone seen this?

I have tried creating new profiles and I still get the same behavior.
