Filter rule for multi accounts

Hi,
I have 4 accounts, each one has Inbox, sent, etc. folders.
I would like for each account all incomming emails go to the Inbox of "Local Folders". What is exactly the rule for that ?
If I create a rule with "Subject" "contains" and nothing in that field, only emails without subject are moved to Local Folders Inbox.
If I put * in the field "contains" only the messages with a * in the subject are moved.
What is exactly the syntax for this rule :
all messages incoming for the account "account1" are moved to Inbox of "Local Folder".

I use "To" contains "my email address". Although every once in awhile an email will slip past the filter and not be moved.
