perhaps I am just too plain stupid - but perhaps also someone can help me with that:
I am running TB on a WinXP Pro platform and use it as a newsreader, too. Now my problem is that I do not have a flatrate access to the internet and would prefer to download the postings to read them offline later. I have marked the selected newsgroup as "download for offline usage", but nevertheless TB only downloads the headers and wants to connect to the internet whenever I want to view a message

Second: the message hierarchy could probably be polished up a bit. A very nice example for a newsgroup presentation are google groups - you see to which message the REs refer:
topic 1 (15 replies)
- reply 1
- reply 2
-- reply 3
- reply 4
...
while in TB it is
topic
something else
re topic
something completely different
re something else
re topic
re topic
...
With a little improvement there (or are there command switches already?) it would be a really great client. Nevertheless a nice piece of work guys!
