T-Bird Filter to Forward Messages to Cell Phone?

What i want to do is have incoming email from a specific address forwarded on to my cell phone whenever such a message arrives--is there a way to do this in T-Bird? It was possible in Outlook and Eudora, but I can't seem to generate such a filter in T-Bird.

Is this feature available and am I just blind to it?

TB does not yet have a filter to automatically forward messages. it is something people want, though.
