I recently moved from Outlook to TB 0.5. Everything works fine except for my T-Online account. At home where I connect via modem no problems occur, but at work (LAN) I always get a timeout message. I also had the same problems with "The Bat", but with Outlook it works!
I don't understand what's going on here, especially where the difference is between different Email clients (with the same settings!).
Perhaps someone had the same problems and a solution!

That's the strange thing! The settings are the same. The only difference is that in Outlook there exists an option where you can set the kind of connection (direct connection to the internet or LAN). But I can't see why this should cause the trouble.
No proxy, no problems with firewalls. And I have three more accounts which never cause any trouble. It seems to be T-Online specific, but no one can tell me why the T-Online account only works with Outlook, while other clients always give timeout messages.
