two issues: junk mail controls & signitures

having two issues:

first, i want my signiture to be attached BEFORE the quoted email i reply to. how can you set this? it seems to show up after it right now.

second, my junk mail controls are definately not working right. i have it set to never set mail from people in my address book as junk, but it has set pretty much every mail i've gotten from someone in my address book as junk, and hasn't marked any actual junk as junk. also, it won't really let me edit settings for my other three accounts as i can for the first account i created on thunderbird. how can i get it to open these options up like on the main one?

ok, figured out the marking people in my address book as junk--had it set to the wrong address book. all other issues still stand, though.

update on the signiture issue: saw where to chang ethis, but it will only let me alter it on one of the four accounts. the other ones it blacks it out and i can't change it and it keeps it as 'below the quote'
