HTTP Error 500-12 Application Restarting

i have been getting this error just recently. I moved back home from college 2 days ago and now whenever i try to access my hotmail or college email i get this error or it says refusing to connect. They all worked fine 2 days ago but now they won't work. All other sites are working so I have no idea. I'm using version 1.5. Thanks
