Notice the following in your posted email:

Reporting-MTA: dns; frontend3.cwpanama.net

Who is cwpanama.net but your ISP? You were sending the email using your ISP instead of Gmail.

Whenever you click to compose a new email, while you are in your "Local Folders" view (as evident by what's highlighted in the left-hand pane of Thunderbird) , it will take the "From" address of whichever of your email accounts has been set as default. Because your ISP account was first to be configured, it is automatically default.

If you want Gmail to be your default, you can change this by going to Tools --> Account Settings..., highlight the Gmail account entry on the left and then click "Set as Default" then, when you click to compose a new email, while in your "Local Folders" view, the "From" address will automatically be set to your Gmail address.

Also, note that you can change the "From" address while you are in the "Compose" window for your new email. If you click your email address in the "From" bar of the "Compose" window, notice that you get a drop-down list of both your email addresses. So, for instance, if you happen to set Gmail as default, but sometime later you want to send from your ISP address, simply click and choose your ISP address.

The above does not apply to replies and forwards, in those cases, all emails will have the "From" address of whichever of your addresses they were originally sent to.

When you were setting up your Gmail account, if you chose not use "Local Folders," but you chose to leave your ISP as default, whenever you compose a new email, it will take the "From" address of your Gmail account, in spite of your ISP remaining default; thus, the default setting applies only when your current view is within "Local Folders". Again, like stated before, you can always change the source address by clicking the "From" address bar, when you are composing.

Always thoroughly and carefully read your "Undeliverable" replies. Their purpose is not simply to tell you your email was not delivered, but also to provide you with valuable troubleshooting information.
