How about Showing Screentips on toolips?

It would be good if reminders of shortccut keys would show in the tool tips when you hover over a button?
So hovering over the reload button would say <i>"Reload (F5)"</i>

I like a UI that unintrusively teaches people more about the app as they use it.

It's amazing how much faster even complicated things can become when you learn the keystrokes and use them rather than pointing and clicking.

I wonder if the functionality should be extended to html elements with access keys? Doesn't sound like a bad idea.
