Auto Disconnect

I use Mozilla as my default browser and love the thing to death but really wish it had the Auto Disconnect feature so when you close the browser it offers to disconnect your internet connection. IE and Opera have this feature and Mozilla and Netscape need it. Is there any talk of this feature being available or is there a problem adding it to the browser.

I'm on cable myself but I often hear from friends who are on dial-up and use Mozilla that they also miss this feature.
