Tab Clicking Options 0.6.9 extension?

Does anyone know if Tab Clicking Options 0.6.9 by Twanno still works on SeaMonkey 2.7.2 ~ 2.8? It hasn't been upgraded since January 11, 2008. Unless there's a MozDev version?

Yup, I'm still using Tab Clicking Options 0.6.9 on SM 2.7.2 (with compatibility checking disabled). The bits I use work fine.
