Looks like that is this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=995801

Who wants to guess how long it took me to find the Fx 30 release notes on mozilla.org using Firefox? I couldn't. The site detected I was using Fx 30 and then gave me the spiel about how great Firefox is, but no release notes. Had to use SM to get the download button!

Sounds like it. Bug was filed by Alice on 13 April and 2.26 was built on or about 26 April. It was fixed in Fx earlier this month or late May. I'll check one of the 2.28 or 2.29 builds and see if it's already fixed there. Might have time for that tonight. Well, scratch checking 2.28 builds. Those haven't been built since 29 April! I'll check 2.29 or 2.30.

Something else I have noticed on this... even just reloading the tab or even CTRL+Reloading the tab doesn't fix the identity block. You have to kill the tab and reopen the address in a new tab. Undo close tab does not fix it either.

Ahh.. noted in this comment by Alice:
