how to clean (or view or list) cookies by size or storage ?

Post by Michael REMY »

hi,

by looking around, i discover i got a huge cookie with huge informations item (the old rapidshare).
it got all xxx.rapidshare.com cookies stored, a bunch of list of items !
then i cleaned it !

is there any way to order/list the cookies by storage size or by couny item or by date added ?
the left colum (in cookies manager dialog window) which lists al lthe domain does not have any other information than the name. it would be good to have date, size and off course the coum order feature !

have a good day

You can try SQLite Manager for SeaMonkey:

... but I'm not so sure about your specific request.

How big was huge?

The biggest I'm seeing is about 4K bytes.
.statcounter.com, followed by .rlcdn.com, & then newegg.com; 4K 4K 2K respectively.

(Nirsoft's) MozillaCookiesView will give you various information, but not size.
(Seemingly you can also delete cookies using his utility.)
Fire 750, bring back 250.
