I just found out from what somebody wrote in a Seamonkey forum that pressing shift-reply when replying to a plain text message will make the reply HTML. This is convenient but when I looked in Help I could find to reference to this shortcut. Is it there and I just did not see it? If it isn't there, it should be!

Starting a new message in non-default format (Plain text vs. HTML)
Hold Shift while clicking any one of these buttons:
Write, Reply, Reply All, Reply List, or Forward
Right-click existing message, then hold Shift while choosing any one of the following from the context menu:
Reply to Sender Only, Reply to All, Reply to List, or Forward
