seamonkey disable tabbed browsing - how to please

Is it please possible to disable tabbed browsing in seamonkey and open in new windows instead as it used to be in verioin 1.x.x (I significantly prefer this if possible). About:config was no help.

In Preferences > Browser > Tabbed Browsing, there's a couple of options under "Open tabs instead of windows for".

If you turn both of them off, does that help?
