Memory usage per tab in SM (Linux)

Post by patrick_here »

Isn't there a way to show memory usage per-Tab in SeaMonkey?

(The output from "about:memory?verbose" is not very helpful)

Thank you ElTxolo, "about:performance" is very helpful and might be all I need.

I've noticed that actual memory usage seems to be the ultimate indicator of problems brewing. If anyone knows how to get the memory usage per tab, I'd certainly like to know about it. (OR: is there an explanation somewhere of how to interpret the output of "about:memory" to just get a total usage per tab?)

Thanks for mentioning that converter ElTxolo. The conversion seems to go smoothly enough for the "Tab Memory Usage" add-on but the problem is that the display of the actual memory used doesn't seem to be working with SM. There are four optional locations for the usage to be displayed; I've tried all of them but none of them works in SM.
