Moz 1.2 WinXP toolbar style

Hi,
It would be nice to have the toolbar look&feel in WinXP like it is in Phoenix 0.4 or Mozilla 1.2a.
In Phoenix 0.4 for example, the toolbar look just like another WinXP app.
Don't know what happend in 1.2b, I hope it is only temporary.

Get the latest nightly build of Mozilla. If it's not fixed let me know. I'm pretty sure this was fixed a while ago.
