That is the bookmarks dialog, right click on an empty space on that other toolbar you have showing or right click anywhere to the left of your bookmarks, like the separator or Home button even.

I forgot about this, pretty annoying. It would be nice if this same menu also included the toolbar options at the top or bottom.

One way to show the menu bar if it's hidden (on Windows) is to press Alt, just like in Internet Explorer.

right click one of the little dotted boxes in top left the menu will appear

Thanks for the suggestion but this thread was rather successfully resolved almost a year ago. Locking due to age.
