When sending a mail with a link in the text or in the header, (for example a youtube clip to a mate) SM considers this as spam and mail can't be sent.
Have been through all the settings I can think of and all seems OK.
Before the last update to ver. 2.53.14 there were no problems with this.

Kent

Doing both works fine for me with a GMail sending address in SM Mail and SM 2.53.14.Kent Palm wrote:When sending a mail with a link in the text or in the header, (for example a youtube clip to a mate)
SM, I'm pretty sure, only considers incoming mail when using its junk filters.Kent Palm wrote:SM considers this as spam and mail can't be sent
Maybe your ISP blocking these?

Are you using plain text or html? (If the latter, try just sending it plain text)
Also, when you send links are you copy/pasting the address bar or right-click "send this page"? (if the latter, SeaMonkey sends the text link but also tries to embed via attachment. Try ditching that attachment and just sending the text)
