Bookmark in incognito

When I open a incognito window the bookmarks open every in not incognito window.

Private Browsing ("Incognito") window must be last active when user opens bookmarks from Library. It's easy to recognize it because RMB click will not offer option for Private Browsing (Incognito) mode.

When I open Bookmarks in incognito window, RMB not offer option for Incognito.
But if click a bookmark it open in previous not incognito window.

If Bookmarks Manager is opened, initiated, from within a Private Browsing window, bookmarks opened from it open in a Private Browsing window.

If Bookmarks Manager is opened, initiated, from within a regular browsing window, bookmarks opened from it open in a regular browsing window.
