That sounds extremely hopeful.
The mail program was never operable from NoSquint -- always requiring an initial change on start-up.
I use a smaller value of 120% for the mail program anyway, because I use other display enlargements there.
The minimum percent setting always made type crowded on the page, in my experience, on webpages.
What I liked about NoSquint was the enlargement of ALL elements of most webpages to keep spacing and proportionality.

Ok, so this seems to be an old bug then, nevertheless a weird behavior.

I'll add what I've got from the SeaMonkey patch to that bug report, maybe someone can pick it up there and continue fixing the remaining cases.
