Hi
I want to open my page in start-up page instead of seamonkey project home page.
I Know that its change from preference but I want to open my page like about:config
Like in address bar I have type about:mypage and press enter its open my page. So how to set URL like about config of my page

If you have a local page that you want to open, simple set that page as your "home page".
Edit | Preferences | Browser -> Clicking the Home button takes you to ... => Choose File...
