I haven't found any more information on this - what does this mean and how is this going to be implemented? Is Mozilla going the same route as Chrome with imposing their rules on what extensions can be installed and denying users the right to choose on their own? Depending on how this gets implemented it can mean the end of the add-on converter as well as any other independent modified extensions sites.
