Thinking of moving to Seamonkey. I'm interested only in the browser, not any other components, already have TB.

Is SM staying with XUL?
Which files from my FF 52.9ESR go to the new profile besides places.sqlite?

Is this the latest nice/naughty list? Not dated.

Hard to untangle mail. I have SeaMonkey with mail in a vm and use it only for browsing on the real hardware.

Yes up to 2.57. Afterwards everything was broken and mangled by mozilla anyway and we are still tossing coins what to do. A hard fork would be nice but not enough devs. For now we just keep it building.

Put everything in and see how it goes. Would use the unofficial 2.53 for it.

I've been testing out Waterfox for awhile, but it looks like every fork has different issues. I believe WF has only 1 dev behind it. Then again, Mozilla has issues too.

I won't pretent we are doing stellar but 2.53 is nice and we are still commited. All forks need new devs or they will wither on the vine. Too many changes and too many people at mozilla working effectively against them by destroying the old apis and source.

The Converter thread is 13 years old. Is the extension still good?

Looks like SeaMonkey 2.53.* isn't 100% compatible for (some) extension which works correct with 2.49.* versions.

I'm using MinimizeToTray Revived 1.3.2:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/seamonke ... y-revived/

Works correct with SM 2.49.5 but there is one small problem under 2.53.1 version of SeaMonkey - it minimizes but context menu doesn't work when clicking RMB on tray icon.

Oh, well! It's old extension, not developed anymore so I'll try newer - MinimizeToTray Reanimated 1.4.11:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/seamonke ... eanimated/
... but this one doesn't work at all.

Problem is with extensions (not compatible) or with SeaMonkey 2.53.1?

When Thunderbird's extensions for tray failed (versions 60 and up), these utilities were suggested instead - a fork of rbtray. They likely would work for seamonkey as well http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &t=3041371

I have just as something easy. I have wunderground.com bookmarked and set to my zip code, and I just click on it to get my local weather.

hm, these seem to be USA-centric. Where do I get forecasts for my place in sensible units (degrees Celsius, hectopascals, litres per square metre), and if possible an overall weather map of Europe?
