Today I've read some chat discussion:
https://freenode.logbot.info/seamonkey/ ... 3#c7495800
... where is information about dropping versioned scripts.
I've checked Error Console and it showed (i.a.) this :
"Versioned JavaScripts are no longer supported. Please remove the version parameter."
[with a name of some XUL file]
Some more research and I get this info:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/Add-ons_Guide_57
Eureka! I decided to conduct some experiment:versioned Javascript support -- replacement: In XUL files, links to JS files using <script type="application/x-javascript" ... > or <script type="application/x-javascript;version=1.7" ... >, change to <script type="application/javascript" ... >
1) I opened XPI file with 7-Zip (DO NOT extract, OPEN)
2) go to "chrome\content\ui\" folder
3) check all XUL files with "application/x-javascript" and replace
Code: Select all
<script type="application/x-javascript;version=1.7"
Code: Select all
<script type="application/javascript"
4) install ADB+ with modified XUL files (overwriting, without uninstalling)... SUCCESS! IT WORKS!!!
If some extension stopped working in SeaMonkey 2.53.7 then it can be this "bug":

... and we have easy solution for this
