add security exception greyed out

When I'm using a proxy server, I'm unable to send emails from seamonkey. And now I keep getting this window from seamonkey "Add security exception. You are about to override how seamonkey identifies this site. inbound.att.net:995" YES, I want to accept/send emails from my email server. But the window's options are greyed out and i can't select any options to allow the security exception. Please help.
