Migrate Apple Mail to SeaMonkey Mail

I have finally had it with Apple's Mail program. I used SeaMonkey until I switched several years ago, mainly to get the integrated environment of Contact list > Mail Address Book > Calendar, etc. (the walled garden).

But, Mail is so bad that I am moving back. I can't send pictures to most of my business associates, etc.

The trick is to get all the Mail Address Book entries over into SeaMonkey. I have read old remedies that no longer work.

It would be nice to get Calendar compatibilities, but I will settle for email addrresses.

So, is there a straightforward way to get my Apple Mail address book entries into SeaMonkey?
