series, then yes it's time to replace it

because that one does have SSE2 support
and doesn't need to be changed.
any APPs [like SM 2.46] created from VS2015 (visual studio 2015) or greater will require any AMD/Intel CPU with at least SSE2 support. otherwise those apps will crash or not function on CPUs w/out SSE2.
