SIGH...
I messed up. When I downloaded this browser, which at the time was too good to be true, I didn't DISABLE updates. And now this browser that I've made my primary browser is flashing, hanging and just overall sucking. I'm wondering, if I can get the old version back how do I transfer all of my info back to the old browser, and how do I make sure it doesn't auto-update again?

Before considering an older version, see if the issue is in the profile and not the program.

Take your pick, http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/releases/.
Transferring data to a new profile - SeaMonkey
Backup first (& always) in particular as you're going from something newer to something older.
