Can not open a site

Since last week I have not been able to open this site:

Would anybody know what causes it and how to fix it?
I would still like to keep using Seamonkey.

The website is not down. I can open it with Chrome. Seamonkey can not open it anymore.

I was just reporting what that testing site reported. In addition to which, Windows Edge browser can't access the site. And, no, Chrome can't open that site here, yielding the error "err_connection_timed"out".
