Blackout While Scrolling...

I have a new computer with a new problem.
Scrolling through FaceBook, the window will go jet-black repeatedly in flashes.
I bought an HP Pro with Windows 7 and only 4 GB of RAM, so I wonder if it just runs out of juice.
Googling came up with lots of similar complaints. some on new computers as well.
Most were using Chrome, but some with IE. Any idea here?...

Most likely the Intel Graphics driver if it has Intel internal graphics. Check if you can find a more recent version on the Intel homepage.

If its the latest drivers disable hardware accelaration. There should be at least one other thread here witha similar problem where I answered. Was Windows 10 I think but the Intel drivers s*ck on every OS

I had AMD HD, but this one is Intel i7. Bummer!
Anyone have an opinion on adding more RAM?...
