re-installing SM v4.28 with old profiles

I changed ISP and when I went to Microsoft support, the tech suppost agent screwed up my pc ( windows 10) and deleted all my emails
and other apps. I managed to get almost all the apps back, but not the emails. Fortunately I had the SM profiles saved and I would like to be able to re-load SM v4.48 with the old profiles. How am I able to do this. Thanks

First I would downgrade to Windows 7 or 8.1

You copy the profiles to %appdata%\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles

and edit %appdata%\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\profile.ini to include them.
