My History is not being collected

Since the recent Creators Update of Window 10, I am have several issues. One of the is that my History is blank. Nothing has been collected and what was there has been wiped clean! Is there a way to turn on support?http://forums.mozillazine.org/posting.p ... =post&f=40# - even the Smiles do not work in this post (At least not in the preview view)

Did you confirm that SeaMonkey is set to "Remember visited pages" under menu path Edit->Preferences->History?
What security software are you running on that system?
