The above link is the old manager and should still work.

The new one is integrated in the Data Manager. You can also show it with:
Tools->Password Manager->Manage Stored Passwords.

Password Manager is now part of Data Manager. You should have seen the "Passwords only" button selected at the upper left, and you can stay there and manage passwords, or make another choice and manage other data types.

I also did not see the "Passwords only" button as noted above. All the post are 2 years old. Any clue how to get to the Data Manager. Is it a Seamonkey issue? I have Chrome but it is terrible for down loading.

Tools->Data Manager

In the upper left of the screen, you should see a box (All Data Types) with a drop-down that will let you select Passwords Only.

Maybe you should post a screenshot of your Data Manager. Maybe you have the left column hidden.

I've tried that from several different locations

But I always get what I consider stupid (is there a way to avoid duckduckgo?)

And get only stuff like this

Don't type it into the Search Window, use the Menu Bar item!

@ L. A. R. Grizzly,

In SeaMonkey 2.48, my Tools drop-down menu is very different to yours. Could this be due to you not using the default theme? Or something else?

Yes. I'm using Sea Fox and Classic Toolbar Buttons to make SeaMonkey look like Firefox.

Are you actually reading the replies being posted here? In case not, here's a pretty big clue on where to find Tools -

I haven not seen the menu or that specific page. What is it's path or a hyperlink.
