I don't see fi in the official downloads section. Is the link fron the website.

We removed a few languages from 2.48 because they were no longer updated. The l10n maintainers didn't respond to our enquiry or asked for removal. fi is among the removed languages.

fi is missing around 470 translations in SeaMonkey:

Language support for be, ca, fi, gl, nb-No, tr and uk has been dropped because the languages are no longer updated for SeaMonkey.
