connection untrusted after upgrade and profile switch

I'm getting nearly constant connection untrusted messages after upgrade and profile switching.
Including to seamonkey's own website.

I've switched profiles to a new profile with zero difference and have installed the latest 2.48 version also no change.

I've also swapped in the cert8.db file from a different profile still with no joy.

It is a little maddening since not all sites are being allowed for me to even make an exception.

The same exact thing is happening in firefox.

I am moving to different browsers if this can't be fixed.

Are you running any security software (antivirus, firewall, etc) that may be interfering?
Are you behind a corporate network proxy or similar?

Check System Time and Date. (for correct today's Time, Day and Date).
