Missing Password?

I set a new webmail address password on my ISP's configuration page and OK'd the PW manager to save it.

I searched saved passwords for part of the email address and the password is not found, even after closing and restarting SM.

Where did it go?

I started to save a copy in a document (probably not a good idea) but lost that when Word 'stopped responding' in a second document and I had to close it using Task Manager before I'd saved the previous file.
