When I try to download SeaMonkey's latest version (Finnish language) from SeaMonkey's official site the link is dead https://download.mozilla.org/?product=s ... in&lang=fi

I assume you are trying to download a Finnish version. I don't see one of those in the Official Builds list. Where did you find that link? I am looking here:

fi wasn't maintained any longer for SeaMonkey. We removed a few languages which contained several 100 untranslated items each and were not updated for at least a year or two. The former maintainers didn't respond to inquiries. Only nb-NO found a new maintainer and we were able to include it again in 2.49.1.
