Sm saves at a wrong folder

My problem is :

In SM there is, for each website, a preferred folder to save files.
This is the folder in which SM will try to save any webpage from that website, in theory.
This location can be accessed by going to tools*/management of personnal data*.
For instance if I select website cadremploi.fr, I go to "management of personnal data"*/preferences*, browser.download.lastDir is a variable with value =
D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\Darcor
If I try to save a page from cadremploi.fr, SM proposes me to save it in
D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\Darcor
That's how I understand it is supposed to work.
Location depends on the last location of the last page you downloaded from the site. So, I understand that
D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\Darcor
is where I saved my last webpage saved from cadremploi.fr

But now, in practice, it doesn't always as I think it should.
For instance for website fr.wikipedia.org
browser.download.lastDir has for value D:\A_JP\A lire\Lu à classer
If I try to save a page from this site SM proposes to save it in
D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\E Ressources
For website fedfinance.fr, browser.download.lastDir has for value D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\Fed Finance
But if I try to save a page from that website, SM proposes to save it in D:\A_JP\Professionnel\Recherche d'emploi\Candidatures Lyon\Darcor

I don't exactly know how SM manages download locations, in which case the value of the browser.download.lastDir can be overriden, and by what? By the last download location of all websites?

I have Seamonkey 2.48.
