Can't seem to connect to Outlook account

I am trying to set up my Outlook account in SeaMonkey using POP3. I set my outlook account to allow POP and set the right encryption types and everything. When I click on the button to fetch emails, nothing happens, and I can;t figure out anywhere how to input my password. Please help

The password entry will occur when SeaMonkey can make a valid connection with the email server and the server asks for the password.

What settings are currently in place for that POP account in SeaMonkey?
