Migration to IBM WTT Email Platform

My ISP PIHK Email Service has migrated users to a so-called WTT platform without technical support. l cannot send nor receive emails from Seamonkey after changing the POP and SMTP settings. Although the old emails are still accessible. Same with the Samsung settings on my smartphone, cannot receive nor send emails. Appreciate any comments,

What error message are you receiving when trying to get messages? When trying to send messages?
What settings do you have entered for that account:
Server name:
Port # :
User name : (Is it your full name or just the bit before the @ symbol)
Connection Security:
Authentication Method:
