Is Adblocker Plus a "Popup" Blocker

The California FTB livechat webpage requires that popup blockers be turned off.

I tried a Google search to learn if Adblocker Plus is a 'popup' blocker with not success.

Will it mess with my experience on the FTB webpage?

This service uses pop-up windows. You may need to disable pop-up window blocking in order to use it.

Read it again... and don't jump to conclusion. Pop-up blocking is function of a browser (here: SeaMonkey).

Open above website, press "Ctrl+i" buttons and enable popup windows:



Enable cookies as well.
