Apostrophes in emails

Hey,

I have drafted emails in Seamonkey but when I test through our email database everything with an apostrophe gets a black diamond with a question mark in the middle.

Is there any way to combat this?

Menu path Edit->Preferences->Mail & Newsgroups->Text Encoding->what is selected for the Default Text Encoding under "Composing Messages"?

None of the boxes are checked and the default text encoding is 'default for current locale'

Anything I should change?

You could try any of the offered encodings that match your geographic region or try "Other, including Western Europe" if appropriate.
