So...is there any known way to customize the functionality of Ctrl+Enter?
It's driving me crazy that this shortcut doesn't do what it does on *every other web browser*.

You can open (described above) both "search" and "www./.com" output in new tab with Ctrl+Enter.shifuimam wrote:So...is there any known way to customize the functionality of Ctrl+Enter?

As with many parts of the interface, Seamonkey preserves the older usage over changing it out for the new behavior.
Personally, I've always thought the new ctrl-enter behavior Firefox introduced was weird, unintuitive, and discarded a useful feature in favor of a silly gimmick. I was disappointed when everyone else copied it.
