Dan

Just tried working on what you said to do but I'm missing something

Attaching what I have done so far. As you see I can now see the first and last name but not to display and e mail. I didn't bother to add the Secondary e mail and the others. But should !? Would this make a difference?

You missed a field in that export view: Nickname. Not sure if that is causing the email address to fail to populate but you might try adding that field and trying again.

HI again Dan

Sorry I have another question for you about the e mails I imported from a .csv file.

I just tried sending an email out to everyone on that list at the same time but just this imessage:

"There are non-ASCII characters in the local part of the recipient address . This is not yet supported. Please change this address and try again."

What in the world does this mean and how could I correct it?

Many thanks

Paul

Make sure it didn't alert you as to which email address has the problem. If it did, you may be able to correct the problem.

If the error message doesn't identify the specific address, review that text file, check each email address for any non-alphanumeric characters.
