HOW TO ADD RECOVER DELETED IN BOX EMAILS

I asked this on another topic but just realized I should start a new one.

I was trying to move some e mails in my INBOX file but they wouldn't move so Dan suggested that I make a copy of the file Inbox with no file name extension but I forgot to do so and just selected "Properties" from the displayed menu and clicked on the "Repair folder" button and as a result lost ALL the e mails in the IN BOX.

I did call my server up and they were only able to restore 17 e mails from YESTERDAY because I have a POP server.

Is there any way possible that I can get them back?

I guess you have no profile backups, full disk image backups, or time machine?

I do have time machine!

But no profile back

Can you restore the fie Inbox (with no filename extension) from before this message loss using Time Machine?

Not sure. I talked to someone APPLE today and I'm not sure how qualified they were but they didn't seem to know how to do this. When I mention SEAMONKEY to them it's like I'm speaking a foreign language!

Well, that certainly doesn't look promising, with no dates showing more recent than January 14 of this year.
