Gentlemen, EXCEPT, the question is how did the Data Manager get modified to be in error without a PICNIC or PEBCAK.

I did it once by (too) fast mouse clicking - I hit wrong position in context menu. I knew this so I fixed/reverted this setting when I released that images disappeared.

I can't think how I could have changed that Data Manager permissions setting.
