site keeps playing
Hi,
Sometimes when I'm finished playing a video, I hit the back button at the end; but it seems like the next song keeps playing even though the site appears not to be open. I can open a new tab, and close the open one (which shows no sign of a video) but the music keeps on playing. What's going on here?
Thanks,
..... john
P.S. The music stops when I close SeaMonkey.

Try 2.53.3b1. 2.53.3 should be out soon and not much changed. Many media fixes in both 2.53.2 and 2.53.3.

Hi FRG,
Maybe I should wait 'til 2.53.3? It's not that urgent.

Meanwhile you can update to latest version 2.53.2. Why did you skip it?shakushinnen wrote:Hi FRG,

Hi TPR,
Well, I don't normally do updates, unless I have a problem. But I will do 2.53.2.
Thanks,

Hi TPR,
Yes, of course. That's when I do the updates . But seriously, when I told SeaMonkey to check for updates, it told me that there were no updates available.

Re: site keeps playing
Hi,
I had this problem again today; (I don't recall what site I was on.) so I look around to see how common this problem is, and several people were complaining about the same issue, with multiple devices, so it's not specific to Mozilla.

Seeing as its "not specific to Mozilla",
this belongs in the Tech. forum....

Re: site keeps playing
Problem again? So, when will you update to latest SeaMonkey 2.53.3? Maybe it was fixed in latest release, maybe not... but you will not know it before update!shakushinnen wrote:I had this problem again today[...]
