Can someone explain to me how I can get the Browser and Location Bar histories to be active? Every time a start SM I have no history.
Under Preferences:History I have checked
Remember visited pages
Enable Location Bar History
What else do I need to activate?

Do you run any sort of clean up utility, such as Ccleanter, on that system?

You're welcome. Ccleaner frequently shows up as a cause of problems with Firefox. Your best move will be to set the options in Ccleaner to not touch anything relating to Firefox.
