Safe Mode shortcut not in Windows 10 start menu

Safe Mode shortcut not in Windows 10 start menu
"SeaMonkey (Safe Mode)" shortcut does not show in the start menu (SeaMonkey group) in Win10 (I'm using v2004). It shows in Win7.

Moving to SeaMonkey Support as no bug has yet been identified here.

When using the alternative "Open Shell Menu" in WIN10 2004 then "SeaMonkey (Safe Mode)" shortcut is there as it should.

Is the "Open Shell Menu" a third-party product? That would confirm there is a bug, either with SM's implementation or with Windows.
And a missing shortcut is a bug, I would think...

"Open Shell Menu" is an alternative Startmenu to emulate the Classic style Start Menu for Windows 10
